Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Fusion-TAC is a T-cell activating immunotherapy developed by ViferaXS for the treatment of Fibrolamellar Carcinoma (FLC). The drug is designed to direct the immune system, specifically T cells, against neoepitopes derived from the unique fusion proteins characteristic of Fibrolamellar Carcinoma, such as the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion. By targeting these tumor-specific neoantigens, Fusion-TAC aims to induce a potent and selective anti-tumor immune response. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials.
