Overview
Fusu mixture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formulation developed by the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is designed based on the 'Wen-Shen-Qian-Yang' (Warming Kidney and Subduing Yang) therapeutic principle to treat critical conditions such as sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and acute lung injury (ALI). The mixture aims to modulate the systemic inflammatory response and protect pulmonary function during severe infection. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials to establish its efficacy and safety as an adjunctive treatment for patients with sepsis-related respiratory failure.
