Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Fuzhengquye Fang Recipe (also known as Fuzheng Quxie Recipe or Yifei Sanjie Recipe) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal compound formula developed by Jianhui Tian at the Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is composed of twelve herbal ingredients: Sheng Huang Qi, Jiao Bai Zhu, Bai Fu Ling, Bei Sha Shen, Zhe Mai Dong, Dang Shen, Shu Yang Quan, Xia Ku Cao, Sheng Mu Li, Shi Jian Chuan, Shi Shang Bai, and Hai Zao. Formulated as granules, the recipe is based on the TCM theory of 'Deficiency of Vital Qi and Hidden Toxin,' aiming to support vital qi and dispel hidden toxins. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical trial (NCT06381960) as an adjuvant therapy combined with chemotherapy to prevent postoperative metastasis in patients with stage IIA-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with negative driver gene expression. Its mechanism of action involves broad immunomodulation, including increasing peripheral blood NK cells, CD3+ T cells, and IgM levels, and potentially promoting tumor cell apoptosis.
