Overview

FVH1 is a DNA-based influenza vaccine designed to prevent infection and disease caused by the H1N1 influenza virus. It utilizes DNA plasmids containing genes that express viral antigens. The vaccine aims to induce serum antibodies, secretory IgA antibodies, and/or cell-mediated immunity (CMI). Electroporation via the CELLECTRA® device is used to enhance the delivery and expression of the H1N1 influenza virus genes in the vaccine.
