Overview
FWD1802 is an investigational small molecule drug classified as a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD). It is being developed for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. FWD1802 is administered orally and is currently undergoing Phase I clinical trials both as monotherapy and in combination with palbociclib to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy.
