Overview

G-CSF mobilized CD34+ selected cells-Emory University is an investigational allogeneic cell therapy developed for the treatment of poor graft function and limited donor engraftment following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The product consists of donor-derived hematopoietic progenitor cells that are mobilized into the peripheral blood using granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) and subsequently isolated using the Miltenyi CliniMACS CD34 selection system. This process enriches for CD34+ stem cells while depleting T-cells, aiming to provide a stem cell boost that promotes hematologic recovery and donor chimerism while minimizing the risk of inducing or exacerbating graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
