**G-Derm** is a Nigerian prescription-only topical fixed-dose cream marketed by Greenlife Pharmaceuticals for corticosteroid-responsive inflammatory dermatoses complicated by, or suspected of, susceptible bacterial and fungal infection. Each gram contains betamethasone dipropionate 0.643 mg, tolnaftate 10 mg, gentamicin base 1 mg as gentamicin sulfate, and iodochlorhydroxyquinoline 10 mg. Betamethasone provides anti-inflammatory and antipruritic glucocorticoid activity; gentamicin provides antibacterial activity; tolnaftate provides dermatophyte-directed antifungal activity; and iodochlorhydroxyquinoline provides topical antimicrobial and antiseptic activity.
