Overview

G100 (also known as Glucopyranosyl Lipid A Stable Emulsion or GLA-SE) is an investigational immunotherapy drug classified as a synthetic Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) agonist. It is designed to activate the innate immune system by mimicking pathogen-associated molecular patterns, thereby stimulating an anti-tumor immune response. The drug acts primarily through TLR4 on antigen-presenting cells, leading to activation of downstream signaling pathways such as MYD88 and TICAM1-TBK1-IRF3, resulting in NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion, and type I interferon production. This mechanism aims to enhance the body’s ability to recognize and attack cancer cells[3].
