G262-CD19-CAR is an autologous, CD19-targeted CAR-T cell therapy developed by Exuma Biotechnology using its proprietary rapid point-of-care subcutaneous (rPOC SC) platform. This innovative approach involves a streamlined, single-day manufacturing process with a four-hour lentiviral vector uptake, bypassing the need for traditional multi-week production and lymphodepleting chemotherapy. Administered subcutaneously, the therapy is designed to create synthetic lymph nodes at the injection site that serve as 'CAR factories,' generating CAR-TaNK cells (cells with both T and NK-like properties) within the patient's body. G262-CD19-CAR is currently being evaluated for the treatment of Large B-Cell Lymphoma (LBCL) and various autoimmune diseases, aiming to improve the safety, scalability, and accessibility of CAR-T cell therapies.
