Drug intelligence / Profile preview
G2B011 is a needle-free, dry powder nasal formulation of epinephrine developed for the emergency treatment of anaphylaxis. The product utilizes Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories' (SNBL) proprietary **µco™ System** nasal delivery platform and the **Fit-lizer™** nasal device, which are designed to facilitate rapid absorption of the drug through the nasal mucosa. Originally developed by G2B Pharma with project financing from Sosei Group, the intellectual property and assets for G2B011 were acquired by StellaPharma in 2021. The drug aims to provide a more patient-friendly and portable alternative to traditional epinephrine auto-injectors, potentially improving compliance and ease of use for patients at risk of severe allergic reactions.
