Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GAIA-102 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of GAIA-102 (NK-cell-like cells) and pembrolizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody). This combination is being investigated for its potential synergistic effects in treating various cancers, particularly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and microsatellite stable (MSS) advanced gastrointestinal cancers. GAIA-102 is a proprietary NK-cell-like therapy developed by GAIA BioMedicine Inc., while pembrolizumab is a well-established immune checkpoint inhibitor that blocks the PD-1 pathway to help the immune system fight cancer cells.
