GAIA-121-125 A+ is a preclinical-stage, allogeneic cellular immunotherapy developed by GAIA BioMedicine using its proprietary GAIA Antibody-Armed Adoptive cell therapy Platform (GAAAP). The therapy consists of NK-like cells derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) that are armed with proprietary antibodies. These antibodies are designed to recognize and bind to a specific, undisclosed tumor-associated antigen designated as 'antigen A+.' This binding directs the natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity specifically toward tumor cells expressing the A+ antigen. The product is designed as an 'off-the-shelf' intravenous treatment for solid tumors characterized by the presence of the A+ antigen.
