Overview

GAIA-122 is a preclinical-stage, antibody-armed NK-like cell therapy being developed by GAIA BioMedicine for the treatment of undisclosed tumors. The therapy utilizes GAIA's proprietary NK-like cells—highly activated and expanded natural killer cells—that are 'armed' with a monoclonal antibody targeting an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen, referred to as Target B. This approach is designed to enhance the specificity and cytotoxic potency of the NK-like cells against tumor cells expressing the target antigen, leveraging the innate anti-tumor activity of NK cells combined with antibody-mediated targeting.
