Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GAIA-123 is a preclinical-stage, antibody-armed NK-like cell therapy being developed by GAIA BioMedicine Inc. for the treatment of undisclosed solid tumors expressing a specific target, referred to as Target C. The therapy utilizes GAIA's proprietary NK-like cells, which are armed with a specific antibody to enhance tumor targeting and direct NK-mediated cytotoxicity against tumor-associated antigens. This approach aims to combine the potent innate killing capacity of NK-like cells with the high specificity of monoclonal antibodies to effectively target and eliminate cancer cells while potentially overcoming the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.
