Galactowin is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulation developed by SKM Siddha and Ayurveda Company (India) Private Limited. Marketed in the form of granules, it is specifically designed for breastfeeding mothers to promote lactation and increase breast milk production. The formulation contains a blend of herbal ingredients including Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), which provides galactogogue action; Vacha (Acorus calamus) to improve metabolic activity; Dalchini (Cinnamomum verum) and Tejapatra (Cinnamomum tamala) to increase milk secretion; Nagakesara (Mesua ferrea) for digestive and antioxidant support; Ela (Elettaria cardamomum) to enhance milk quantity; and Daru haridra (Berberis aristata) for overall health. It is typically consumed twice daily with milk.
