Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Galinpepimut-s** is an investigational multivalent heteroclitic peptide cancer vaccine targeting Wilms tumor protein 1. It contains four WT1-derived peptide antigens designed to generate WT1-specific CD4-positive and CD8-positive T-cell responses against WT1-expressing tumor cells. SELLAS Life Sciences is developing galinpepimut-s primarily as maintenance therapy for acute myeloid leukemia after second or later complete remission in the pivotal Phase 3 REGAL trial; the program has also been evaluated in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, small-cell lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, and multiple myeloma.
