Galli Ad (also known as GalliAd) is a pharmaceutical-grade 68Germanium/68Gallium (68Ge/68Ga) radionuclide generator developed and manufactured by IRE ELiT. It functions as a closed, integrated system that produces Gallium-68 chloride solution through the radioactive decay of its parent isotope, Germanium-68. The resulting Gallium-68 is used for the in vitro radiolabeling of various vector molecules (such as PSMA or DOTATATE) to create radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography (PET) diagnostic imaging. It is primarily utilized in oncology for the detection and staging of neuroendocrine tumors and prostate cancer. In the United States and Canada, the same generator technology is marketed under the brand name Galli Eo.
