Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Gallium ga 68 gozetotide** is a gallium-68-labelled PSMA-11 radiopharmaceutical prepared using the Isoprotrace cold-kit system for positron-emission tomography imaging of prostate-specific membrane antigen-positive lesions in prostate cancer. The urea-based PSMA-targeting peptidomimetic binds glutamate carboxypeptidase 2 on prostate cancer cells, while gallium-68 provides the PET signal. Isoprotrace is supplied as a ready-to-use, multi-dose radiolabelling kit that produces an intravenous diagnostic solution and is indicated for primary staging of high-risk prostate cancer and evaluation of suspected biochemical recurrence.
