Gallium Ga 68-NOTA-3PTATE-RGD is an investigational dual-targeted **gallium-68 PET radiopharmaceutical** developed for tumor imaging. It is a NOTA-chelated heterodimeric peptide comprising an octreotate-derived TATE moiety, which preferentially binds somatostatin receptor type 2, and an RGD moiety, which binds integrin alpha-V/beta-3. Following intravenous administration, it is intended to visualize and quantify tumors expressing either or both targets by PET/CT, including lung cancers and neuroendocrine neoplasms. It has been evaluated clinically by Peking Union Medical College Hospital, including in the registered NCT02817945 diagnostic imaging study and prospective imaging studies in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
