Gallium Ga-68 NOTA-SNA002 is a radiotracer composed of SNA002, a targeting agent for programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1; also known as cluster of differentiation 274 or CD274), conjugated to the chelator NOTA and labeled with the positron-emitting radioisotope gallium-68. It is designed for use in positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to detect PD-L1 expression in tumors.
