Galnobax

Galnobax is a patented topical gel formulation of the short‑acting beta‑blocker esmolol hydrochloride, repurposed by NovaLead Pharma for the treatment of hard‑to‑heal diabetic foot ulcers and other chronic nonhealing wounds.
