Ganbifu

Ganbifu is a pharmaceutical preparation developed in China, primarily available in capsule form, indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and as an adjunctive therapy for primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). The active ingredient consists of polysaccharides extracted from *Acanthopanax senticosus* (Siberian Ginseng). Ganbifu functions as an immunomodulator and hepatoprotective agent; it is designed to enhance the body's cellular immune response by increasing the activity of T-lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells and promoting the production of endogenous interferon.
