Overview

**Gangrevin** is a liquid, polyvalent equine-derived mixed gas-gangrene antitoxin manufactured by ViNS Bioproducts for prevention and treatment of gas gangrene, including clostridial myonecrosis and anaerobic sepsis. It contains enzyme-refined equine immunoglobulin fragments with antibodies directed against toxins produced by *Clostridium oedematiens*, *Clostridium perfringens*, and *Clostridium septicum*. These antibodies neutralize circulating clostridial toxins; prophylactic use is by intramuscular injection, while treatment is administered by intravenous infusion.
