Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ganji Granules (GF) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formulation developed as an adjuvant therapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) following surgical resection, local ablation, or transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Manufactured by Jiang Yin Tian Jiang Pharmaceuticals, the formulation consists of a concentrated mixture of 14 herbs. In clinical studies, GF has demonstrated the ability to significantly extend overall survival in HCC patients, particularly those undergoing TACE, by potentially modulating the tumor microenvironment and reducing recurrence. As a botanical medicine, its therapeutic effect is attributed to the synergistic action of multiple natural compounds rather than a single molecular target.
