Overview

Ganke Shuangqing is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) capsule developed and marketed by Chengdu Kanghong Pharmaceutical Group. It is formulated to 'clear heat and detoxify' according to TCM principles. The drug is primarily indicated for the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections and acute bronchitis characterized by excessive lung fire, as well as bronchiolitis in children. Clinical evidence suggests that when used as an adjunct to salbutamol, it can improve respiratory function and accelerate symptom resolution in pediatric patients. It has also been investigated as part of integrated TCM and Western medicine protocols for COVID-19.
