Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Lingge (灵格) is a sublingual allergen spray containing an extract of **Ganoderma lucidum spores**, developed and manufactured by **Zhejiang Lingge Pharmaceutical** (a subsidiary of **Jingxin Pharmaceutical**). It is indicated for **allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT)** in patients suffering from **allergic rhinitis** and **mild to moderate allergic asthma**, particularly those with sensitivities to fungal allergens. The product is administered sublingually to induce immune tolerance by modulating the balance between Th1 and Th2 immune responses, increasing the levels of protective antibodies such as **IgG4** and **secretory IgA**, and reducing allergen-specific **IgE** levels. As a biological drug approved in China (NMPA approval 国药准字S20050010), it is used in pediatric and adult populations to prevent disease progression and alleviate clinical symptoms.
