Gulin Gansu granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pharmaceutical product primarily used for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders. Developed and marketed by Pharmesis International (through its subsidiary Sichuan Long March Pharmaceutical), the drug is formulated from the extract of *Penthorum chinense* Pursh. It is indicated for acute and chronic viral hepatitis, cholecystitis, and the protection of liver function, particularly in cases of liver injury. The granules are recognized for their ability to lower transaminase levels (ALT/AST) and provide anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective effects.
