GATC-021

GATC-021 is a novel, non-opioid small molecule new chemical entity developed by GATC Health Corp. utilizing its AI-based Multiomics Advanced Technology™ (MAT) platform. It is designed to address various addictions, primarily fentanyl and other opioid addictions, by targeting receptors to restore dopamine balance, promote anti-rumination, and enhance creativity, cognitive flexibility, and mood elevation. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its ability to substantially reduce fentanyl intake in animal models without adverse effects, suggesting a potential to rewire the addicted brain to a non-addicted state. The drug is also undergoing in-vitro testing and early development for cocaine addiction, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and glioblastoma. GATC Health Corp. is actively seeking a pharmaceutical partner to advance GATC-021 into human clinical trials.
