Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GB-K02 is a biosimilar fusion protein developed by Kexing Pharmaceutical using its proprietary KX-FUSION platform. It targets the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) receptor to stimulate the production, maturation, and activation of neutrophils in the bone marrow. The drug is intended for the treatment of neutropenia, a condition characterized by abnormally low levels of neutrophils, which is a common side effect of myelosuppressive chemotherapy. As of the latest pipeline updates, GB-K02 is in the preclinical research stage in China.
