GB002 is an inhaled recombinant polypeptide developed by Gossamer Bio, Zhejiang Echon Biopharm Limited, Pulmokine, and Gilead. It functions as a platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor kinase inhibitor, primarily intended for the treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). The drug is designed to be a disease-modifying treatment by inhibiting the cellular proliferation that underlies the pathology of PAH.
