Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GB23 is a multi-specific antibody candidate developed by Kexing Pharmaceutical using its proprietary KX-BODY platform. The molecule is engineered to simultaneously target Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1), Glypican-3 (GPC3), and Interferon (IFN) signaling pathways. By combining checkpoint inhibition with tumor-associated antigen targeting and localized cytokine delivery, GB23 aims to enhance the anti-tumor immune response while minimizing systemic toxicity. The drug is specifically designed for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly those expressing GPC3 such as hepatocellular carcinoma. As of 2024, GB23 is in the preclinical research stage of development in both China and the United States.
