Overview

GB26 is a multi-specific antibody developed by Kexing Pharmaceutical using its proprietary KX-BODY platform. It is designed to simultaneously target BDCA2 (Blood Dendritic Cell Antigen 2), CD19, and CD32b (FcγRIIb). The therapeutic candidate is intended for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, specifically Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CLE). By targeting these three antigens, GB26 aims to modulate the activity of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and B cells, which are central to the pathogenesis of lupus. As of late 2024, the program is in the preclinical research stage in both China and the United States.
