Overview

GB262 is a monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), an immune checkpoint molecule that negatively regulates T-cell activation. By binding to CTLA-4, GB262 blocks its interaction with the ligands CD80 and CD86 on antigen-presenting cells, thereby preventing the inhibitory signal and enhancing the anti-tumor activity of T cells. Developed by Antibody Therapeutics (in association with Genor Biopharma), the drug is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development, primarily focused on the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
