GBB101

GBB101 is a long-acting biologic drug candidate being developed as an innovative injectable therapy for anemia associated with renal dysfunction. It is being jointly developed by Great Bay Bio and Boji Medical, which have formed a strategic collaboration to advance this long-acting anti-anemia biologic into clinical development for patients with chronic kidney disease–related anemia who require improved hemoglobin control and reduced dosing frequency.[12][14] While specific target and molecular details have not been publicly disclosed, GBB101 is positioned as a next-generation erythropoiesis-stimulating therapy designed to improve anemia symptoms in this population.[12][14]
