Overview

GC 101 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) injection therapy developed by Shanghai Juncell Therapeutics. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced breast cancer. The therapy involves expanding a patient's own TILs from resected tumor tissue or biopsies, followed by intravenous infusion into the patient after non-myeloablative (NMA) lymphodepletion treatment.
