Overview

GC1 is a novel synthesized phenothiazine derivative that acts as a dopamine antagonist. It has been shown to reduce dopamine levels in the brain of Wistar rats. The compound was investigated for its effects on dopamine inhibition, body weight, and behavior, demonstrating a varying level of dopamine inhibition.
