Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**GC3107A** is an intradermal formulation of the Bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccine developed by GC Biopharma for tuberculosis prevention. As a live attenuated vaccine derived from Mycobacterium bovis, it stimulates cell-mediated immunity and is administered at a dose of 0.1 mL to healthy adults. A Phase 1 trial (NCT03363178) assessed its safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity via tuberculin skin test (TST) responses, including induration and erythema diameters at 84 days post-vaccination. The program is listed in GC Biopharma's pipeline with domestic approval in progress in South Korea.[1][3][9][11]
