Overview

GCQID is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement that was investigated in a pilot study for its potential to improve locomotor functions and relieve knee pain. The supplement's composition includes 1,200 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride, 60 mg of chondroitin sulfate (from shark cartilage extract), 45 mg of type II collagen peptides (from shark cartilage extract), 90 mg of quercetin glycosides, 10 mg of imidazole peptides (anserine and carnosine, from fish meat extract), and 5 μg of vitamin D.
