Overview

GCS002 is a preclinical biologic drug candidate being developed for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It is part of Glen Clova Scientific’s pipeline, which leverages virus-like particle (VLP) technology to create active biologic drugs targeting chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. The VLP-based approach aims to modulate immune responses, with GCS002 specifically focused on interleukin-13 (IL-13), a cytokine implicated in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis[2][3][9]. The drug is currently in preclinical development.
