Overview

GCS005 is an active biologic drug candidate in discovery-stage development by Glen Clova Scientific for the treatment of chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, and immuno-dermatological conditions. Developed using the company's proprietary virus-like particle (VLP) platform, GCS005 is designed as a therapeutic vaccine that displays target antigens on the surface of VLPs. This approach stimulates the patient's immune system to produce neutralizing antibodies against specific disease-driving proteins, offering a highly targeted therapeutic effect with potentially reduced dosing frequency (such as once or twice annually) compared to traditional biologics.
