GCT-103 is an investigational cell therapy being developed by Kidswell Bio (formerly Gene Techno Science) and its subsidiary S-Quatre Corporation, in collaboration with Nagoya University. The therapy utilizes stem cells derived from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED), referred to as SQ-SHED. It is designed as a regenerative medicine approach for the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy, aiming to address neurological damage. The cells can be administered as either allogeneic or autologous therapy via intravenous injection. It is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development.
