GD2 CAR-T is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Guangzhou FineImmune Biotechnology. It is designed to target the disialoganglioside GD2, a surface antigen highly expressed in neuroblastoma and other neuroectodermal tumors. The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's own T cells to express a CAR specific for GD2, enabling them to recognize and eliminate GD2-positive tumor cells. It is currently part of the company's SUPER CAR-T/TCR-T platform, which focuses on developing high-affinity cell therapies for solid tumors.
