Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination immunotherapy approach using T cells that are genetically engineered to express fourth generation chimeric antigen receptors (4SCARs) targeting three tumor-associated antigens: GD2, PSMA, and CD276 (B7-H3). This multi-targeted CAR-T cell therapy is designed to overcome tumor heterogeneity and immune escape mechanisms that limit the efficacy of single-antigen targeted CAR-T cells in solid tumors. The therapy redirects the patient's own T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells expressing any of these three antigens, potentially improving outcomes for pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors.
