Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GD2-iNK cells are Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-engineered natural killer (NK) cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). They are being developed as an off-the-shelf immunotherapeutic strategy for malignant brain tumors, specifically glioblastoma (GBM). These cells are designed to target GD2-positive tumor cells, exhibiting potent, antigen-specific cytotoxicity and a favorable safety profile in preclinical models.
