**GD2-PSMA-CD276 4SCAR-T** is an engineered, fourth-generation chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy being evaluated for relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma. The product uses CARs directed against disialoganglioside GD2, prostate-specific membrane antigen, and CD276 antigen, with CD28, CD137, CD27, and CD3-zeta intracellular signaling domains to promote T-cell activation and antitumor cytotoxicity. It also incorporates an inducible caspase-9 safety switch intended to enable elimination of the infused cells with AP1903 if serious toxicity occurs. The program is sponsored by Shenzhen Geno-Immune Medical Institute in a Phase I/II neuroblastoma study.
