GD2.CAR-TVS-CTL

GD2.CAR-TVS-CTL is a chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy targeting the GD2 antigen, which is highly expressed in certain solid tumors including diffuse midline gliomas (DMG), diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), glioblastoma, and neuroblastoma[1][3][4][5][6][7]. The drug consists of autologous or allogeneic T cells that are genetically engineered to express a GD2-targeted CAR, enabling them to recognize and kill GD2-expressing tumor cells.
