Overview

GDC-6036 + atezolizumab is an investigational combination therapy evaluated in phase I/II clinical trials for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring a KRAS G12C mutation, particularly non-small cell lung cancer. GDC-6036 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of KRAS G12C, while atezolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, working as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. This regimen is being developed to harness the direct anti-tumor effect of KRAS G12C inhibition alongside the immune-stimulating effects of PD-L1 blockade to improve tumor response and clinical outcomes[1][3][4][5][7].
