GDC-7035

GDC-7035 is an investigational small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets the KRAS G12D mutation, a prevalent oncogenic driver in various advanced and metastatic solid tumors. It is currently under investigation in first-in-human Phase I/II clinical trials to evaluate its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity as both a single agent and in combination with other anti-cancer therapies for tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation. The drug is developed by Genentech, a subsidiary of Roche, and aims to address a significant unmet need in cancers with the KRAS G12D mutation, which is more common and difficult to target compared to other KRAS mutations[1][2][3][5][6][8][9].
