GED‑0507‑34‑Levo is a small molecule, orally administered investigational drug that acts as a selective modulator of peroxisome proliferator–activated receptor gamma (PPARγ). It was originally developed for inflammatory and immune-mediated diseases, with primary clinical focus on ulcerative colitis and acne vulgaris.
