Gegen Qinlian Decoction (GQD) extract is a bioactive herbal extract derived from a classic Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula composed of *Puerariae Lobatae Radix*, *Scutellariae Radix*, *Coptidis Rhizoma*, and *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle* in an 8:3:3:2 mass ratio. It contains key active constituents such as puerarin, berberine, baicalin, and glycyrrhizic acid.
